This program aims to provide equal access to digital resources by teaching essential digital skills through the engaging and personalized activity of tracing one?s genealogy.
Community members will use computers, tablets, and smartphones to navigate websites like Ancestry.com and familysearch.com while developing key digital literacy skills. The trainer will guide participants through the learning process, ensuring they gain the con?dence to use technology independently.

The Main Library is located on the corner of County and Clayton St in downtown Waukegan. The Library provides internet access, public access computers, collaborative workstations, study rooms, and meeting rooms.
